Terms & Conditions:

By opting to register to attend a D&H Canada ULC (“D&H”) event, I authorize D&H and its affiliates to contact me for the purpose of communicating details of my participation in the event, even if I have chosen to opt-out of other communications from D&H. I also understand that my contact information and event participation details may be shared with business associates of D&H as part of my event participation. In addition, as an event participant, I agree and understand that D&H:

• Does not tolerate harassment or discrimination based on age, religion, sexual orientation, ancestry, color, gender identity or expression, national origin, physical or mental disability, or any other protected characteristic.

• Does not tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behavior, messages, or interactions by participants.

• Will have no liability if D&H opts to deny or cancel your registration for any reason or at any time.

• Will collect your personal information as part of this event.  As described above, you have the ability to opt-out from such information capture through our Privacy Policy.

• Owns (in conjunction with its partners) any materials, recordings, images provided by D&H during the event.  As such, you may not photograph, video, screenshot, tape and/or record any content shared through the event.  Such actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action, unless D&H gives its express permission.

• Owns the event recordings as a copyright owner.

• Is providing information and materials “as is” without any warranty of any kind.  D&H explicitly disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied.

• Reserves the right to deny your entry to the event or dismiss you from the event if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions and Covid-19 Policy.

D&H Events COVID-19 Policy

D&H is continually monitoring the everchanging health concerns and regulations surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Any event hosted by D&H will be subject to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and therefore each attendee will be required to adhere to those same regulations. D&H reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel the event at any time due to COVID-19 concerns. All attendees of a D&H event are attending willfully, at their own risk and should consult with their own personal medical providers to determinate the appropriateness of their attendance.
